Why Catholic? Our Church History

St Vincent de Paul, Tallassee, Small Faith Sharing Groups The parish has decided not to continue with the national Why Catholic program.  The formal program costs a lot of money that the parish simply does not have.  Per the Archdiocese of Mobile, we can continue informally without having to pay into the national program.  Therefore, we will continue with our own Why Catholic small faith sharing groups. If you are interested in joining or continuing in a small group, there is a sign up roster in the vestibule of St Vincent de Paul's.  Please sign up before 1 Nov 2006. Why Catholic? Small Groups will recommence in the Fall of 2006.  These groups will continue, weekly, for six weeks.    Email me at whycatholic@stvincent-tallassee.org for more information.   In Christ! Dave Franklyn Starting in March, we will be using the blue book, The Profession of Faith: What We Believe.  The book costs $7.50 each.  We will need to order these prior to our March start.
